002Bookings

Terms of Service

Last updated June 23, 2026

1. Overview and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Policies govern access to and use of 002Bookings.com, including its website, mobile browser experience, owner dashboard, booking tools, payment facilitation, court discovery features, Open Play tools, notifications, and related services collectively referred to as the Platform.
By creating an account, listing a court, making a booking, joining an Open Play session, paying through the Platform, or otherwise using 002Bookings, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Key Definitions
Player or Booker means a person who books, pays for, joins, or participates in a court booking or Open Play session through the Platform.
Court Owner means the court owner, operator, manager, authorized representative, facility, or business that lists or manages court availability through the Platform.
Booking means a confirmed reservation, Open Play participation, or other bookable court activity made or recorded through the Platform.
Open Play means a scheduled play session created or managed by a Court Owner and made available for eligible players to join.

2. Platform Role and Court Owner Responsibility
002Bookings provides court discovery, scheduling, booking, payment facilitation, confirmation records, notifications, and owner dashboard tools. 002Bookings does not own, operate, manage, supervise, maintain, or control the courts listed on the Platform.
Court Owners remain responsible for the operation of their facilities and for honoring confirmed bookings made through the Platform. Court Owners must keep their schedules, prices, listings, court details, rules, policies, photos, location, amenities, and availability accurate and updated.
Court Owners are responsible for setting, publishing, and applying their own booking, weather, rebooking, cancellation, refund, credit, late arrival, no-show, conduct, and facility policies, subject to applicable law and Platform standards.

3. Eligibility, Accounts, and Verification
Users must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person, court, business, organization, or rating profile. 002Bookings may require account verification, court verification, payout verification, or additional review before allowing certain actions, including public court listing, payment collection, Open Play creation, or owner dashboard access.
Court Owners may be required to submit business, authorization, identification, location, photo, payout, and policy information before accepting public bookings. 002Bookings may approve, reject, hide, suspend, or remove court listings that appear inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, unauthorized, incomplete, or inconsistent with Platform standards.

4. Court Listings, Availability, and Verification
Only verified or approved court listings may accept public bookings or payment-enabled bookings through the Platform. Verification does not mean 002Bookings guarantees the condition, safety, quality, legality, availability, or suitability of any court. Verification means only that the Platform has performed basic checks based on information submitted by the Court Owner.
Court Owners must keep schedules accurate. If a court or slot is unavailable due to maintenance, event use, weather concerns, facility closure, or any other reason, the Court Owner must update the Platform promptly and coordinate with affected players where required.

5. Bookings, Holds, and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation is received by the Platform or when a Court Owner manually confirms a booking under an allowed workflow. Unpaid selections, planning actions, inquiries, or shared links do not guarantee a confirmed booking unless the Platform states otherwise.
The Platform may provide temporary planning or hold tools. Temporary holds are not confirmed bookings and may expire or be released if the player does not complete the required confirmation or payment within the applicable time.
Shared booking links and promotional links, if enabled, use live availability unless expressly stated otherwise. The first eligible player to complete payment may secure the slot.

6. Payments, Fees, Commission, and Payouts
Payments made through 002Bookings may be processed by third-party payment providers. As of this draft, the Platform intends to use Xendit payment channel services for supported transactions. Payment methods, availability, settlement timing, and processing rules may depend on the payment provider and applicable regulations.
Platform booking fees, payment processing fees, commissions, and other applicable charges may apply depending on the transaction type, payment channel, Court Owner arrangement, or Platform feature used. Applicable charges should be disclosed before transaction confirmation where reasonably possible.

6.1 Player Platform Fee
Player platform fees may apply to bookings processed through the Platform. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the player platform fee is calculated as 3% of the applicable booking amount and rounded up to the nearest whole peso. Bookings below PHP 500 may be charged a flat PHP 15 platform fee.

6.2 Court Owner Commission
002Bookings may charge Court Owners a commission on completed paid booking transactions processed through the Platform. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written arrangement, promotional offer, or partner agreement, the standard Court Owner commission is an agreed neogtiated commission of gross booking revenue per completed transaction.

Introductory, promotional, founding partner, or negotiated rates may apply to selected Court Owners at 002Bookings discretion. Any such arrangement should be documented separately.

6.3 Rounding
All platform fees and commissions are calculated on a per-transaction basis and rounded up to the nearest whole peso. Fractional peso amounts are not carried over between transactions. Rounding is used to keep transactions, payouts, and booking records simple and consistent for players and Court Owners.

6.4 Payouts
Court Owner payouts are processed after successful payment settlement and Platform verification according to the applicable payout schedule. Payout timing may be affected by payment provider settlement rules, bank or e-wallet processing, holidays, risk reviews, disputes, refunds, reversals, or compliance requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, payout schedules and payout methods may be updated by 002Bookings with reasonable notice.

6.5 Fee Changes
Platform fees, service charges, commissions, payout rules, and related charges may be updated from time to time to reflect payment processing costs, operating expenses, system maintenance, feature improvements, taxes, regulatory requirements, market conditions, or other business needs. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform, registered email, or other reasonable notification channels at least fourteen (14) days before implementation, unless immediate changes are required by law, regulation, or payment provider adjustment.

7. Open Play
Open Play sessions are scheduled sessions created or managed by Court Owners for eligible players to join. Open Play settings may include skill level, rating requirements, session category, age category, join mode, capacity, pricing, and other session rules.
For open sessions, eligible players may secure slots by completing the required Platform flow and payment. For approval-based sessions, approval alone does not guarantee a final slot unless the required payment or confirmation step is completed within the applicable window.
Court Owners remain responsible for session rules, player eligibility decisions, capacity, safety, rotations, on-site management, and community standards.

8. Third-Party Ratings and DUPR Information
002Bookings may display third-party rating information, including DUPR ratings, where a player links or provides the relevant third-party profile information and where the Platform is able to retrieve or display such information.
Third-party ratings remain the property and responsibility of the applicable third-party provider. 002Bookings does not create, own, calculate, guarantee, modify, or independently verify the accuracy of third-party ratings, except as may be needed to determine whether a linked profile appears to match the player account using it.
Certain Open Play sessions may require verified or matching third-party rating information. If a player’s 002Bookings account information does not reasonably match the linked third-party rating profile, the player may be restricted from joining sessions that require verified rating information until the mismatch is resolved.
Open Play and court booking functionality may remain available without third-party rating information, unless a specific session requires it.

9. Rebooking, Cancellation, Refunds, Credits, and Weather-Related Disruptions
All bookings made through 002Bookings are considered final once paid and confirmed, unless the applicable Court Owner’s published policy allows rebooking, cancellation, refund, credit, or other accommodation.

9.1 Court Owner Policies Required
Before accepting public bookings, each Court Owner must publish clear policies covering booking rules, weather disruptions, rebooking, cancellations, refunds or credits, late arrivals, no-shows, facility closures, and unavailable courts.
9.2 Rebooking
Rebooking requests may be available for eligible private court bookings, subject to Court Owner approval, available replacement slots, and the applicable court policy. Rebooking availability may be limited by timing, rate differences, booking type, or other Platform and Court Owner rules.
Rebooking is intended to provide a practical alternative to refunds where appropriate. A rebooking request is not approved until confirmed by the Court Owner or by the Platform under an allowed workflow.
9.3 Weather and Facility Disruptions
Outdoor, semi-covered, covered open-air, or other weather-dependent courts may be affected by rain, wet surface conditions, flooding, wind, poor visibility, power interruption, facility issues, emergencies, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Court Owner or 002Bookings.
If a booking or Open Play session cannot be honored due to weather, unsafe playing conditions, facility issues, or other disruption, any rebooking, refund, credit, or other accommodation will be handled according to the Court Owner’s published policy and the applicable Platform workflow.
9.4 Open Play Credits
For certain cancelled or disrupted Open Play sessions, the Platform may record or issue Open Play credits or similar participation accommodations according to the Court Owner’s policy and Platform settings. Such credits are not cash, are not a stored-value wallet, are not transferable unless expressly allowed, and are intended only for eligible future Open Play participation according to applicable rules.
9.5 002Bookings Support Role
002Bookings may assist by providing booking records, payment status, notices, support channels, and Platform tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, 002Bookings does not automatically guarantee refunds, credits, rebookings, or replacement slots on behalf of any Court Owner.

10. Late Arrivals, No-Shows, and Player Conduct
Court Owners may set rules for late arrivals, grace periods, no-shows, attire, equipment, food and drinks, safety, facility use, and player conduct. Players must follow the Court Owner’s published rules and reasonable on-site instructions.
Players who abuse booking systems, harass others, violate safety rules, attempt payment fraud, misuse Platform tools, or otherwise breach these Terms may be restricted, suspended, removed, or prevented from joining certain activities.

11. Court Owner Community Controls
Court Owners may be provided tools to manage participation in Open Play sessions and maintain a safe and positive environment. Such tools may include the ability to restrict certain players from joining future Open Play sessions hosted by that court. These restrictions are not public ratings and should be used only for legitimate operational, safety, conduct, or community-management reasons.

12. Pasalo, Sharing, and Private Arrangements
The Platform may provide share tools that allow players to share booking information through private channels or social platforms. Unless 002Bookings expressly enables a payment or transfer workflow, any private arrangement between players remains their own responsibility.
Booking reference numbers, internal transaction IDs, and sensitive booking confirmation details should not be publicly shared. 002Bookings does not process, verify, guarantee, or mediate private arrangements between players unless the Platform expressly states otherwise.

13. Feedback, Testimonials, and Private Concerns
002Bookings is designed to encourage constructive community growth. Public-facing feedback may show positive testimonials or short positive comments only. Public star ratings for courts or players may be limited, removed, or not used at all.
Concerns, negative feedback, complaints, or suggestions may be sent privately to the Court Owner or to 002Bookings through available support channels. 002Bookings may review feedback for safety, fraud, abuse, dispute management, quality, or compliance purposes.

14. Notifications and Communications
The Platform may send account, booking, payment, Open Play, approval, schedule, reminder, disruption, credit, policy, and support-related notices through in-platform inbox, email, SMS, push notifications, or other available channels, subject to applicable law and Platform settings.
SMS messages may be used for important transactional or disruption-related notices. For user safety and anti-phishing reasons, 002Bookings may choose to send SMS notices without public links and direct users to check their account or booking page instead.

15. Prohibited Uses
using the Platform for fake bookings, fraudulent payments, unauthorized court listings, harassment, spam, illegal activity, or misleading conduct;
posting false court information, fake photos, incorrect locations, false prices, unauthorized business details, or misleading availability;
attempting to bypass Platform fees, payment flows, security controls, verification requirements, or booking rules;
using another person’s account, name, identity, rating profile, payment details, or booking reference without authorization;
collecting personal information from other users outside allowed booking and operational functions;
interfering with Platform operations, scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, or unauthorized data extraction.

16. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of the Platform may involve collection and processing of account information, booking information, payment status, court preferences, location-based inputs, communications, rating profile information, support records, and operational data. The handling of personal data should be governed by a separate Privacy Policy consistent with applicable Philippine data privacy requirements.

17. Suspension, Removal, and Platform Safety
002Bookings may suspend accounts, hide listings, restrict features, cancel suspicious transactions, remove users or courts, or take other reasonable action when necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, comply with law, manage risk, or maintain Platform integrity.

18. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, 002Bookings is not liable for court facility conditions, weather disruptions, unsafe playing conditions, injuries, accidents, lost items, owner policy decisions, on-site disputes, no-shows, late arrivals, third-party rating accuracy, payment provider issues, or failures by Court Owners or players to comply with their obligations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where applicable consumer protection, payment, data privacy, or other laws impose obligations on the Platform, 002Bookings will comply with such obligations.

19. Changes to Terms
002Bookings may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes should be communicated through reasonable Platform notice, registered email, or other reasonable channels. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means the user accepts the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Handling
These Terms should be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless a different governing law is required by applicable law. Disputes should first be raised through the Platform support process where practical. Court-specific booking disputes involving weather, rebooking, refunds, credits, conduct, or facility issues should first be coordinated directly between the player and the Court Owner under the Court Owner’s published policy.
