Frequently asked questions
How do I list my court?
Sign up as a court owner, complete the 5-step verification, and your courts go live once approved — usually within 1–2 business days.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept GCash and Maya for all bookings, Open Play sessions, and Pasalo Court transactions.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees ever. We only earn a small commission when a booking is completed.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellations and refunds are managed per court owner's policy. You can also use Pasalo Court to resell your slot to another player.
